A stock photo of a building proves nothing. So here are the processes we run ourselves, the numbers we can document, and an explicit list of the numbers we have not yet verified — because a supplier who publishes an unchecked capacity figure is telling you how they handle every other figure too.

As part of the amfori BSCI audit, the auditor photographed the facility as they found it. The report shows six stages of production: cut → sew → fill → press → inspect → pack.
That matters because it is the only photographic evidence on this site that a third party took — every other image was chosen by us, and you should read it with that in mind.
We ask about your customer before we ask about your quantity. A supplier who does not know who buys your product cannot tell you which specification is right.
If a production unit does not match the sealed golden sample, that is our problem and our cost — not a negotiation about tolerance.
We do not give a production date we cannot hold. That sometimes means quoting a later date than a competitor, and it always means the date we gave you is the date you get.
Buyers visit us every year. If a trip is not practical yet, ask for a live video walkthrough of the line your product would run on.
