Customisation is not a single yes/no. It is six independent decisions, and usually only one or two of them actually decide whether the product sells. Finding out which two, early, is most of the work.
We publish the sequence and refuse to publish a fixed lead-time number before seeing the specification. A supplier who gives you a number before hearing the product is guessing.
You send a spec sheet, drawing or reference product. We tell you which of our processes it needs — and if it needs one we do not run, we say so at this stage, not at month three.
Priced against your specification. Five inputs get you a firm offer: product type, size, fabric and fill weight, quantity per size, target packaging.
Built with the exact fabric and fill weight we intend to run. Not a similar sample. You inspect; we correct until it matches.
Written approval on a sealed golden sample. It stays in our QC room as the reference for the entire production run.

Cut → sew → fill → press → form. Checks run in-line through the process, not only at the end.
Final QC before packing. Your third-party inspector is welcome at this point, and at the two earlier ones.

A sample made by hand in a sample room and a unit made on a production line are different objects. The gap between them is where most sourcing disputes live. Our answer to that is the golden sample: a sealed unit approved by you, kept in our QC room, and used as the physical reference for the run.
If a production unit does not match the golden sample, that is our problem, not a negotiation.
