A first-time founder with an idea and an established brand with a specification have the same problem: they need someone who understands the market, the material and the machine — and who stays accountable from the first sketch to the delivered carton.
Before we quote anything, we ask who will use this product, where, and what the existing options get wrong. The answer decides the fill weight, the construction and the price band — not the other way round.
A product that competes is not one item — it is the material choice, the construction, the packaging and the price ladder working together. We work that out with you rather than handing you a price list.
Most suppliers are one or the other. We run our own production floor and we handle the commercial side, so the process that decides your margin is controlled in-house — and one team answers for the whole order.

双美 — Shuangmei — means “two partners, both prosperous.” That is the business model in four characters: we do not win by squeezing a supplier, because we are the supplier.
We are factory and trading company in one: our own production floor in Gongshu District, and a commercial team that has been taking products to overseas markets for more than twenty years. Working with both sides of that line is what lets us tell a founder whether an idea is manufacturable and sellable — before money is spent on tooling.
Our site runs latex moulding, filling, pom-pom and trim making, compression, forming, folding, finishing and packing in-house. It matters for one reason: the process that decides your margin is the one we control directly. And in the US customs record we appear as M&M — 330 documented entries, independently checkable.

Vacuum compression of finished goods with the carton engineered around the compressed dimension. On bulky soft goods the shipping cost frequently exceeds the manufacturing cost — this is where the margin actually lives.

Hangzhou M&M Home Textile is established on 29 July 2005 with a single sewing floor and one export customer. The name 双美 — “two partners, both prosperous” — is chosen deliberately: the founding principle is that the factory and the buyer win in the same transaction.
Export demand collapses and the low-price, high-volume work evaporates first. The response sets the direction for the next two decades: stop competing on price per piece and start owning processes nobody else wanted to run.
Bedding, throws, cushions and decorative textiles are added alongside the original quilt line. The first trim and pom-pom equipment is installed — the beginning of the in-house trim capability that still differentiates us today.
The company launches its first English-language site and formalises the M&M identity it already used on customs paperwork. Around this period the buyer base widens across North America, Europe and Australasia.
One American DTC home brand becomes our largest single relationship, growing to 188 documented US import entries in the throw category. It teaches us what a Western e-commerce brand actually needs from a Chinese factory: consistency on the reorder, not cleverness on the first order.
Buyers can no longer visit. We rebuild how we sell — factory footage, spec sheets and sampling by courier replace the showroom walk. The 2020 Canton Fair photo archive on this site comes from that transition year.
Vacuum compression, forming and latex moulding are brought onto our own floor. It moves us out of pure textiles and into soft furniture — and gives buyers a lever on landed cost that most competing factories simply cannot offer.
ISO 9001:2015 reissued to 2028. An amfori BSCI full audit by SGS completed 10 September 2026, with 11 of 13 performance areas rated A, valid to 2027. This site replaces the 2016 build — and for the first time we publish the areas we are still working on as openly as the ones we are proud of.

We never give a production date we cannot hold, which is why there is no fixed lead-time number on this page before we have seen your specification. What we can promise is the sequence.
A spec sheet, a drawing, or just the physical reference product. Five things get you a firm offer: product type, size, fabric and fill weight, quantity per size, target packaging.
Built with the exact fabric and fill weight we intend to run — not a “similar” sample. You inspect, we correct until it matches.
Nothing enters production without your written approval on the sealed golden sample. It stays in our QC room as the reference for the whole run.
Compression, carton engineering, barcode and marking happen at packing — where they are cheap — not after. Loading from Ningbo and Shanghai.
A logo on a website proves nothing. Below is what we can hand you today: quality-management and social-compliance documents, third-party audit records, and the awards on our wall. Reference numbers and validity dates are printed on each one.
