A bedding set is a coordinated group of bed linen components — conventionally a duvet cover plus pillowcase(s), often with a flat or fitted sheet. The technical difficulty is not any single component; it is holding print, dye lot and construction consistent across every piece in the set, and doing so again on the reorder.
Specifying a textile without knowing the end use is how the wrong fill weight and the wrong construction get ordered. These are the real commercial applications.

A duvet cover is an empty bag that you insert a duvet into — it is washed separately and changed seasonally. A comforter is a filled, finished product. Buyers often confuse the two, and the confusion changes the whole specification.
